Sound Bath and Meditation

One of my favorite ways to meditate is with sound. This realization led me to start facilitating sound bath meditations in 2009 to create a calm and grounded space for rest, restoration, and nervous system regulation. These guided meditation experiences are perfect for groups of up to 6 participants.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound using instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes. The steady, layered tones help quiet mental activity and support the nervous system in shifting out of stress states and into deeper relaxation.

These sessions are designed to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and support emotional balance. Many participants leave feeling more centered, grounded, and deeply restored, often experiencing a renewed sense of clarity and connection.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern offering trauma-informed therapy grounded in a humanistic and existential approach. My work supports clients in exploring meaning, self-understanding, and lived experience.

I integrates somatic awareness with other modalities to help clients notice how emotions and stress are held in the body, alongside insight and reflection.

I work with individuals of all ages facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, emotional overwhelm, and challenges related to self-understanding and personal growth. I offer a grounded, collaborative therapeutic space that honors each client’s unique experience and pace.

Private Yoga Classes

Yoga has been a deeply meaningful part of my own journey, and I’ve experienced firsthand the impact that mindful movement can have on overall well-being. I have long looked forward to integrating yoga and movement into mental health counseling for those who feel drawn to it. I offer private and small group yoga sessions tailored to individual needs and experience levels, with groups of up to six participants. I am an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and have taught thousands of classes since 2009.

Sessions are guided at your pace and can be customized to support gentle Yin-inspired practices focused on deep rest and release, or more dynamic Vinyasa flow sequences that cultivate strength, mobility, and breath awareness.

My approach to teaching emphasizes embodiment, mindfulness, and empowerment, creating space for students to connect more fully with their bodies while honoring their own rhythms, needs, and capacities.
